I was on the couch with my laptop in my lap doing some work and watching the birds in my back yard enjoying our pond. When out of now where one of the larger birds flew the 10 or so feet from the pond and right into our window. OUCH.
(try not looking out the window, look at the actual glass.)Apparently the leaves that have fallen into the pond have somehow fermented into some sort of birdy booze. I really can't explain this any other way.
Disclaimer: the bird is fine, he flew away right after the collision. I'm pretty sure his friends need to have a serious sit down with him about drinking and flying.
