Easter Eateries

I love to throw get togethers and parties. I love to host dinner parties and themed parties. I am also relieved to let someone else do the hosting and lend a delicious hand where I can! This year for Easter I was asked to provide a dessert that the kids would be able to enjoy as well as the adults. I thought, hmm.... finger food, lemon bars? Cupcakes! Yummy orange zest and coconut cupcakes.
